FAQ

 Where's my order, and can I add to it?  

I do my best to get your items out the door as quick as possible, but like to ensure you are getting the best of the best.  Please allow at least 2-3 weeks before your order is shipped out.  You may add to your order within 48hours of your initial purchase and combine shipping.  After 48 hours you will have 2 purchases with separate shipping.

 

What is your return policy?

If I've made an error on your purchase I will be happy to exchange your item as long as it's returned un-used, un-washed and in perfect condition.  If your item does not fit, I am happy to exchange but all new shipping fees to get the new sizes is the purchaser's responsibility.

 

Why is shipping so expensive?

I try to choose the most cost-effective shipping, however, if you need a rush please send me a message and I would be happy to upgrade for a more speedy delivery.  If your package is being shipped outside of Canada, it will NOT include tracking.  To upgrade your shipping to include tracking please email info@mymila.ca  All orders are shipped from Canada and can take up to 2 weeks for delivery.  

I am not responsible for lost or delayed packages, or custom/delivery taxes.  Please contact your post office to inquire about lost packages.  If your package is returned to me I will refund your purchase less shipping costs.

 

How should I wash my clothes?

Machine wash in cool water, gentle detergent recommended.Turn inside out for added protection. Lay flat, or hang to dry.

 

How should I care for my Fur Pom Hat?

Please hand wash your hats, only as needed.  Lay flat to dry.  Faux fur is used to make our pom poms and will "melt" if placed in the dryer.

Do not pull on the pom.  Pom Poms are not detachable and will eventually fall off your hat if it's being taken off by pulling at the pom.  If your pom pom does come detached please email info@mymila.ca
